How do I report a bug or issue?
Send us an email at admin@dornventuresllc.com with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and the app version. Screenshots or screen recordings are also helpful.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the instructions for the relevant purchase.
How do I delete my account or data?
If our app includes account functionality, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at admin@dornventuresllc.com. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Do your apps collect personal data?
Each app's data practices are disclosed on its App Store listing and in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to collecting only the data necessary to provide and improve our Services.
